For sport weeks in these apartment houses our sport prices are valid as on site, except for some special weeks with reduced prices about which we will of course inform you.

Residence Goethe - the house for the sporty family!

Situated directly behind the Clubhotel Olivi with a view over the Val di Sogno bay. The centre of Malcesine can be reached in 20 minutes along the lakeside promenade. Here is also the valley station of the cable car Monte Baldo. In the immediate vicinity of the Goethe there are several restaurants and a supermarket.

The Goethe offers apartments from 2-6 persons, all almost new, simply and cleanly furnished. In front of the house there is a garden area with pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasols and a solarium.

A large grill with a massive wooden table for up to 10 people can be used independently by the guests.

For children there is plenty of variety: playground with swing and slide, pool with children's pool, sandbox and many toys are at their disposal. And for the little ones, cots, highchairs, bath towels and bottle warmers are available on request.

Of course there is WIFI in the house.

The Residence Roma is located 200 m before the exit to the bay Val di Sogno, so about 5 minutes from the sports camp. The residence is located in a beautiful property with an olive garden and direct access to the lake.

The Apartments are located on a total of three floors: the terrace (the ground floor), mezzanine and first floor. Each apartment has a private external parking space. The house has a beautiful garden with swimming pool, lake view, a lounge with bar and TV.
All apartments have heating, kitchenette, TV-Sat. and safe.
The one-room apartments for 2 people have a double sofa bed, while the apartments for 4 people have either a bedroom or a loft with 2 beds or a double bed; these apartments also have a double sofa bed in the living room.
The one-bedroom apartments "4 A" also have a pull-out sofa bed for the 5th person. Residence Roma also has 4 double roomsr, which are rented out as apartments, i.e. only with final cleaning and no daily service.

All apartments are equipped with shower/WC, refrigerator and balcony. The complex has a reception and a large sun terrace. In addition, the use of the hotel's own swimming pool incl. umbrellas is free of charge.

The two apartment houses are located about 200 meters from the sports camp and are above the main road with a beautiful view of the bay.

Equipment:
The apartments have shower/WC, satellite TV, refrigerator, balcony and lake view. The Residence is additionally equipped with a large sun terrace and a spacious garden.

Villa Bruna Apartments

The family-run apartment complex Villa Bruna is located in the characteristic village of Cassone, only about 1 km south of the Sportscamp. The lakeshore and the beautiful beach are only separated from the accommodation by the Lake Garda shore road.

The complex under German-Italian management offers 11 friendly furnished apartments of different sizes facing the lake. The apartments are very well maintained and clean and almost all have a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and the Val di Sogno. The majority of the apartments are two-room apartments.

The apartment house offers its guests two garages, parking spaces, a garden, two washing machines (for common use), storage facilities for motorcycles, bicycles, for surfing and sailing equipment, a private bathing jetty and a beautifully situated barbecue area (for common use). From the 2014 season, guests will also have access to a free Wi-Fi connection. A public children's playground is located about 30 m away.
Along the lake promenade opposite, the sports camp can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The picturesque harbour of Cassone is about 150 m to the south. In the village you will find a small supermarket, a tobacco and newspaper shop, a post office and several good restaurants and pizzerias.

To the north, about 3 km away, is the charming town of Malcesine. In summer (from about May to October) there is a public tourist bus that runs regularly (until about midnight).
