“If you want to improve your practical sailing skills, this is the right course for you. It is not about another sailing license, but more fun through better boat control. The Dyas is a stable keel boat that makes sailing fun possible into old age.“

Prerequisites:

After the basic course and a few hours of sailing practice, continue in the sports camp program. Sailing experience on open keel boats or dinghies in medium winds.

Course Content:

Improve sailing technique and practice maneuvers intensively.
Movement sequences and team coordination in the boat.
Boat handling and trimming
Safe and fast sailing in stronger winds
Introduction to the trapezoid technique
Develop a feeling for boat, sail, wind and team

Sailing and not being ruled by the boat is the goal. With good material, dedicated coaches and an efficient concept for modern sailing with radio training, 2 - 3 man teams and maximum time on the water!

Issue of rental equipment SA and SO from 9.00 a.m. onwards
Welcome drink and briefing on Sunday 18.00 in the sports camp
5 days course program a 3 hours per day MO-FR

Welcome evening on MO. at the ROSA BEACH restaurant*
Theory test on Friday*
Final regatta
Closing evening on Friday with prize-giving and slide show at the ROSA BEACH restaurant*.

Equipment:

We provide life jackets, sailing trousers and jackets in wet weather. You should bring your own sailing shoes, or you can buy suitable neoprene slippers on site for just €40.

Course times:
The course times depend on the wind and weather and the level of the course group. They are therefore redefined daily and published on the Internet at mobil.stickl.com from 7.30-8.30 am.
