The perfection course on the Seascape is all about fine sailing technique and new manoeuvres such as furling and genoa sailing!

The goal of the course is to:
Learn the finer points of sailing technique and develop a feel for fast sailing! The Seascape 18 is very close to a dinghy, although she is equipped with a swing keel. She can capsize, but will right herself on her own. But mistakes are punished and weight trim plays a big part. So team coordination is key. Training on the Seascape at this level is also a good school for any cruising sailor who wants to understand his boat better.

Prerequisite:

Sailing experience on sporty dinghies or keelboats. Participation in an F 2 course with Roll-Genacker. We recommend booking the F course as an introduction to sporty sailing for "thick-ship sailors".

Course Content:

Correct trim in any wind
Crew Coordination
Boat handling in all situations
Perfecting the maneuvering technique
Genoa sailing - setting, jibing, recovering
light-wind roll reversals
Roller jib with neck

Issue of rental equipment SA and SO from 9.00 a.m. onwards
Welcome drink and briefing on Sunday 18.00 in the sports camp

Equipment:
Wir stellen Neoprenanzug oder Segelhosen und Jacken sowie Schwimmwesten zur Verfügung. Segelschuhe werden nicht gestellt. Sie können vor Ort geeignete Segelschuhe oder Neoprenslipper für nur 40,- € im Sportcamp kaufen.

Course times:

The course times richten sich nach Wind und Wetter und dem Level der Kursgruppe. Deshalb werden sie täglich neu festgelegt und vonn 7.30 – 8.30 Uhr im Internet unter mobil.stickl.com veröffentlicht
