SUP is the new mass sport on the water worldwide! Anyone can do it, it's fun, keeps you fit and is the perfect workout. Intro training, courses, tours and paddling in the group also bring all those on the water who have only watched so far!

SUP-the new water sports trend

Stand Up Paddling - the new trendy water sport from the USA is spreading faster and faster in Europe from the beaches of the Atlantic to the Canale Grande in Venice and from the Alster to Lake Garda.
The original idea was to paddle away from the beach and surf back with the waves. So an ancient sport that is now coming to new popularity. 
But not only in the surf waves the SUP finds new followers. Also at the shallow water on lakes, canals and rivers is paddled diligently. The desire for movement on the water and the urge to get away from the beach to discover new destinations, drives people again and again to find new ways. First surfing, then windsurfing and since 10 years kitesurfing and now SUP!
Unlike the aforementioned pioneer disciplines, SUP also offers less ambitious outdoor fans and water rats the chance to have fun right away with little effort and without a great deal of learning, while also having the positive side effect of a perfect body workout.
This is probably why SUP is on the rise and has caught on with us, just as it has on the beaches of the USA.

The program

The only prerequisite: You must be able to swim for 15 minutes, weigh a maximum of 100 kg and be healthy. Everyone who doesn't want to just lie on the beach anymore can try standup paddling SUP!
 
For windsurfing beginners it is a new part of the course. Balance training and movement coordination and of course alternative for lack of wind.
 
For kitesurfers it will be another alternative besides wakeboarding, if the wind should not be enough to fly the kites.
For all sports camp guests we offer a varied programme for all age groups:

Intro-Training: in a small group with instructor. Two hours of instruction in the first steps, balance, moves and paddling techniques. After that, everyone paddles off on their own according to their own mood.

Sundowner: We paddle along the shore of the lake and invite you to an aperitif at a beach bar. ( Book on the spot!)

SUP Rental: In addition to training sessions with our SUP coach, SUP boards can be rented at any time for independent paddling. Prices see price list rental
