Didn't gain any further riding experience after the beginner course? Not surfed for a long time? Do I book again in a beginner course or do I already manage the next step in the F-course?

For this target group we have added a refresher course Advanced 1 to the program. The basic knowledge after the beginner course will be deepened. You start right away in favorable light wind conditions in the first practice unit and improve the maneuvers. After 5 days with 3 hours of instruction each, the stand-up sailor has become a windsurfer, albeit still in light winds, but already ready for the next step to trapeze surfing in the F 2 course.

Prerequisites:

With the practical skills after a beginner course, i.e. starting, steering and turning in light winds up to 2 Beaufort, you are fit enough for the refresher course!

Course Content:

Short instruction in theory and steps on the board
Launching, course changes and turning
Jibe and tack technique
Course hours with more wind.

Weekly program and services

Issue of rental equipment SA and SO from 9.00 a.m. onwards
Welcome drink and briefing on Sunday 18.00 in the sports camp
5 days course program a 3 hours per day MO-FR

Welcome evening on MO. in the Rosa Beach restaurant *
Theory test on Friday *
Final regatta
Closing evening on Friday with prize-giving at the Rosa Beach restaurant *.

Equipment:

We provide wetsuits and life jackets free of charge. You should bring your own shoes. Or you can purchase the ideal neoprene slippers for just €40 on site.

Course times:

The course times depend on wind and weather. They are therefore redefined daily and published on the Internet at mobil.stickl.com from 7.30 - 8.30 am

Extras:
VDWS basic surfing licence. Registration and examination fee 30,-€ on site!
