The only prerequisite: You must be able to swim for 15 minutes, weigh a maximum of 100 kg and be healthy. Everyone who doesn't want to just lie on the beach anymore can try standup paddling SUP!
For windsurfing beginners it is a new part of the course. Balance training and movement coordination and of course alternative for lack of wind.
For kitesurfers it will be another alternative besides wakeboarding, if the wind should not be enough to fly the kites.
For all sports camp guests we offer a varied programme for all age groups:
Intro-Training: in a small group with instructor. Two hours of instruction in the first steps, balance, moves and paddling techniques. After that, everyone paddles off on their own according to their own mood.
Sundowner: We paddle along the shore of the lake and invite you to an aperitif at a beach bar. ( Book on the spot!)
SUP Rental: In addition to training sessions with our SUP coach, SUP boards can be rented at any time for independent paddling. Prices see price list rental
