"You can learn windsurfing since 1976 at the Stickl Sportcamp in the "surf bay" Val di Sogno with perfect conditions!

Windsurfen kann jeder lernen! Im Einsteigerkurs bei perfekten Windbedingungen in unserer „Traumbucht“ Val Di Sogno ist der Lernerfolg garantiert! Mit dem passenden Board und Segel und einem Profi-Trainer klappt alles spielend leicht.

Requirements:
No previous experience required. Be able to swim and have fun in the water. Weight limit approx. 100 kg.

Course Content:

Basic Ticket Theory
Dry Training
Balance exercises
Start and control
Tacking and jibing
rigging up and down
Examination for the VDWS basic surfing licence in theory and practice

Weekly program and services

Issue of rental equipment SA and SO from 9.00 a.m. onwards
Welcome drink and briefing on Sunday 18.00 in the sports camp
5 days course program a 3 hours per day MO-FR

Welcome evening on MO. in the Rosa Beach restaurant *
Theory test on Friday *
Final regatta
Closing evening on Friday with prize-giving at the Rosa Beach restaurant *

Equipment:

We provide wetsuits and life jackets free of charge. You should bring your own shoes. Or you can purchase the ideal neoprene slippers for just €40 on site.

The course times depend on wind and weather. For this reason, they are redefined daily and published on the Internet at mobil.stickl.com from 7.30-8.30 am:

Extras:

Free surf lessons after the course from the second day of the course depending on the availability of boards and sails.
VDWS basic surfing licence. Registration and exam fee 30,-€ on site.
